Reiki is a beautiful non-invasive healing modality that channels universal life force energy to facilitate removing stagnant energy from a persons energetic field.

Reiki is intended to help remove layers of stress, to bring awareness to one’s body and needs. To help you adjust to changes and promote peace within ourselves. It is about wellness, and removing [dis] ease within us, to promote balance & wellness. But it doesn’t stop there, Reiki is a universal life force energy that runs through everything. Your awareness may change, perspectives on how you see obstacles & what used to feel like struggle. Where you once felt blocked and constricted you feel ease and flow. Yes, Reiki promotes relaxation and is meditative but can also be very powerful in promoting overall mind body & soul changing for your highest good.

The setting is similar to a massage; however you remain clothed. It’s hands hovering above you, using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing.

I use healing stones and place them on the body or around you depending on what I feel guided to do.
