If you’ve not had a Reiki treatment before, it can seem like a bit of a mystical process. The treatment is simple, though, and nothing to be worried about. Reiki is always gentle, suitable for all ages including pets. 

The setting is similar to a massage; however you remain clothed. It’s hands hovering above you, using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing.
